For this beer, I decided to do something simple so I could test new brewery upgrades. Not only did the beer really come out great, but I learned a lot about the changes I made to the setup. I wound up with a bit lower efficiency than I would have liked, but after 30 seconds of contemplation, I figured out the issue and changed my process for future batches. Even though this isn’t the most exciting and unique beer in the world, it’s definitely a crowd pleaser and will most certainly be brewed again!
